Was looking for a replacement AC to DC power supply converter for our machine that went down on a Weekend. Googled the part I was looking for and CP Power had the item i required. Called in on Monday morning and was assisted by one of their staff (initials D.M). Explained our product requirement to Mr D and he advised that they didn't have the part in stock for same day collection. I explained our situation to him and that our machine was down, we needed the part right away. Mr D said he would call me back in 30 minutes. After 10 minutes Mr D called back and advised that he had sourced a part for us and I could pick it up immediately. Part collected and machine working. Mr D went out of his way to assist us and this fantastic service reflects on CP Power beautifully. I will definitely use CP Power again when the need arises.
