Ordered a couple of items, with 48 hour delivery. Did not arrive after a week. Phoned the company they said they were awaiting stock and would ring me back with an update. No further contact received from them. Phoned again and was told they were due in from the supplier on Thursday and they would be sent out the next day. Still not received the items I ordered or had any update from them. I would not recommend this company. **Update following response to this post. Received an email on Tuesday saying items had been shipped. It’s now Friday and still not received my item despite paying for 48 hour delivery. Shocking customer service ***.

Do not use this company.!! This guy phil who seems to be the owner wouldnt refund my purchase and he just lies. His first reply to me was its not worth it. I told him its worth it to me. Then he made out that this was a commercial purchase and i made it clear to him that it was for personal use , a fluorescent tube for my home and i did pay on my personal debit card. He was aggressive on the phone and told me why should he have to pay as he paid to send it out, but infact i paid postage to send it out and i would of paid to send it back. He then said id have to pay a restocking charge of £10 and i said No this is not right as im only 2 days into my 14 day period where you can send it back. Excuse after excuse. I certainly wont use this Company again !! Bad Character.

Ordered an LED floodlight last Sunday, payment was taken immediately (even though the confirmation email states payment isn't taken until the item's dispatched). I waited a week for a dispatch email and got nothing so called on Friday. Spoke to a polite man who told me that the light is on backorder (even though nothing mentioned on the website and I've received no emails or calls), and they'll be sending it on Tuesday (9 days after order) once they get it. Received a refund in my account today, Monday, no call/email explaining what's happened. Have ordered the light from elsewhere now.

Great lightbulbs, shame about the customer service. Ordered a range of lightbulbs, when after a week nothing was sent I contacted cp lighting to be told one item was out of stock. I was told they were expecting stock in about a week and a half. The order duely arrived, but the out of stock lightbulb had been replaced without asking. The replacement was a poor match, different size, different LEDs, even different fitting (BC for ES). I was repeatedly told it was a superb replacement, but I was refunded on returning the bulb (postage paid by cp lighting).
