Very smart and well maintained cattery set in a beautiful rural location. This is 5 star accommodation for sure. Meeting Susan, we had absolutely no qualms about leaving Charlie with her. We found her professional, organised and knowledgeable. I liked the way Susan let me settle him in to his accommodation before I left him. Susan asked questions about what Charlie likes and needs, to ensure his comfort and safety. I felt completely comfortable as drove away after dropping him off. On collection everything was organised and ready and Charlie was "tip top" and pleased to see us. Picking him up, it was clear he had obviously eaten well. I'd have no hesitation leaving him at Cozy Paws in the future.

Clean, cheap and heated but I don't think much attention is paid to the cats and there are some issues. My mother was asked to sign a form to confirm that she had seen my cat and he was in good health before she got to even see him. Also, my cat is quite demanding and meows for attention, cuddles and to have doors opened. I called several times during his stay to ask how he was and if he was meowing at night or during the day and was told that he hasn't and he's been fine. I don't know if this was told to give me peace of mind or whether they just didn't pay enough attention to him to notice. I don't think I will be sending my cat here again.
