I was highly recommended to visit Cox motors for my next car. Met Martin Cooke one the salesman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Took a fancy to the Seat Ibiza they had for sale. I went out for a test drive and decided that the car was for me. Overall the service Martin Cooke provided me was refreshing, he always replied to emails and telephone calls in a timely manner, his customer service skills were fabulous. No pushy salesman approach. Very disappointed I was hoping to get second-hand car for a trading with mine which is an MG brand new as I wanted an electric car they said around £300 to £320 i was happy with this but they came back with £432 a month my car was £22000 1 year ago with 2800 miles on it but only getting £17000 for it so I lost £5000 in one year the car I was wanting to get was the same but a EV and 3 years older JUST NOT HAPPY AND I KNOW NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN

Purchased my car in November 22 and had nothing but amazing service from the staff at Blackpool and Lancaster, absolutely nothing too much trouble, both sites went above and beyond until I finally collected my car. Fantastic trade in deals also and even got a few extras without having to ask! Just had to take my lovely shiny new car back to be repaired, having had it for 3 days and a metal post decided to attack my car, again fantastic service and a great job on the bodywork , thanks to all , highly recommend …..10* service
