I have had two experiences of cowplain pharmacy. One with a lady pharmacist who was hugely helpful and I would rate 5 stars. I have just had an experience where I was overcharged for a private prescription by 100% but I had no choice because I needed the drugs. I wont use the surgery again for private prescriptions.

I phoned on 13/4/23 to enquire about a prescription. The man said it was ready for pick up. I explained that I couldn’t pick it up and the reason why. The man said it would be delivered on 14/4/23 in the afternoon. The time is now 19:56. No medication has been delivered and I have been constantly phoning but no one picks up and it just goes to answering machine. This is not good service at all and to top it off on line it shows that they’re not busy.

Every single time I've come in here without fail theyve either misplaced my slip, dont have my prescription in stock or have some other spurious excuse for why they can't serve me. I'm changing my pharmacy and recommending the same for everyone else I know that uses this one.

Staff here serve people who come in shouting and jump the queue, rather than helping customers who have been queuing patiently. Then waste time trying to justify themselves to the queuing customers. The parking is always full.
