If there was 0 stars I would of rated the horrific service me and my family have received from Carol Guest, my grandad being a ex royal marine, passed away suddenly, and left without any funeral plans, leaving his family in a very difficult situation with limited funds. Carol Guest, has made no secret of making us feel like paupers. Carol also confirmed 2 weeks ago my grandad had been embalmed, this was a lie, now moving him to another funeral service, we have been advised the heartbreaking news that we will not be allowed to say our goodbyes due to Mother Nature taking its course. This has left our family in devastation & £200 short for Carol taxing him from the hospital to Fareham where he had been held. I can’t stress enough not to go here.
