Apparently my builder uses them as he has recommended them but I have found them disorganised and unprofessional. I emailed asking them for a quote on slate sills. Didn't hear back. Called them, a woman on the phone said she'd find my email and get back to me. A week or so later, still nothing. I called one last time. The same woman, the same response, the same outcome. Nothing. I have realised that I also emailed them back in March to ask for a quote for a quartz kitchen top. Have they got back to me? No! I am surprised they are still in business.

Got granite work tops from them guy came out done template came back fitted one we're hob was the tried to fit one we're sink is it was to long which is fine he took it back got it cut then tried moving one we're hob is and crack the 4 corners then he tried to polish the island piece and got dye all over our new tiled floor then I Che ked holes we're tap was supposed to go the holes weren't in line and also 2inches out which meant taps wouldn't fit absolutely a nightmare needless to say they were told to take it all back so I wouldn't bother if I was you I really wouldnt

Very impressed with Cowley Granite. They cut a 25mm slate hearth for my burner. They asked me if I wanted the 3 leading edges beveled, (yes), and did a spot on job. Very kind and friendly staff, they even offered to put in the back of my car for me on pickup. What more could anyone ask for ? Oh, and was very happy with price too. Thanks very much Cowley Granite 😊 Photos attached before the carpet goes down tomorrow.
