Dominique who managed the sale is clearly very passionate about her work and went out of her way to update us weekly (sometimes daily). She was brilliant and made everything so easy and went above and beyond what would be expected of her! She is an absolute credit to the company. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. All the team are really enthusiastic about their role in selling your house. Extremely friendly staff and very approachable. Craig did all of our house viewings , he knew our house just as well as we did and could answer any questions about it , he was always early to set the house up ie lights on etc for the viewings , again could not fault any part of the viewing stages he was brilliant . Dominique kept us up to date with all feedback .After the sale had gone through we were updated on a regular basis of how things were progressing, she was always chasing up solicitors and even having to chase the other estate agents who were not even consulting with their customers keeping them updated which I thought was way more than she needed to do . Selling a house is a stressful time but Dominique made it so much easier for us she was amazing , again it was quire clear to see how enthusiastic and dedicated she is in her role and had a lot of pride in what she does . All I can say if you want a friendly dedicated team to sell your home I would always recommend Cowell and Norford
