Stood at the counter for around 15mins before anyone came out of the office to acknowledge me, i was then told someone would be coming soon, after another 5mins i was asked what it was that i wanted, as i was'nt sure of the size of the battens i then had to go into the yard & bring a piece in through the loading bay to show the guy. This was around 12-15, lunch time was stated as 1pm until 2pm so that was'nt an excuse, in future i will go elsewhere.
