(Grainger Street Salon) I got my hair coloured here and I showed her a picture of ash blonde hair which she said she could do.She bleached my roots and coloured my hair a weird orange colour. I appreciate that my hair was badly bleached and damaged before but she should have said that she couldn't do the ash blonde colour from the beginning. Apart from my roots she also completely bleached the back of my expensive sweatshirt and didn't bother to tell me so i was walking around town with a huge patch of bleach on my back. She also said she would cut the ends of my hair once she had washed off the colour which she didn’t do and also didn’t bother to style it so my hair was very frizzy. After all of this she still charged me £150 despite her price lists saying that it was £50 for a full colour and £20 for olaplex. This would mean that she charged me £80 to bleach my roots despite that being the price of a full balayage on long hair according to her price list.
