    They are a total scam they go by different names and a website associated with one of those names has been seized by the fca. The website for cover appliance is just there to phish/infect the users devices as some links take you to dodgy websites. Looking at their companies house profile just adds more red flags. Their company is headquartered in London but when you get a call the person sounds Irish and when asked where their calling from they say somewhere in the US, which is a common indian call center scam tactic.

    I have had the same experience as the other posts. This company preyed on my elderly Mother, convinced her to sign up for an insurance policy for white goods breakdown. They have taken £200 and £205 from my Mothers card within one month. They do not answer their phone or reply to emails. The bank state that this is not fraud as Mum gave her card details, despite the fact that she was pressured in to doing so. I have discovered another 15 policies for white goods cover. Steer clear of this morally corrupt company

    Extremely aggressive sales call he had my elderly mums bank account and a password she had set up for her account. Threatened £100 pound cancellation fee if we did not agree to continue with £9.99 a month direct debit that she was contracted to but when asked he said there was no cancellation fee if we cancelled direct debit after getting paper work. So to get rid of him I agreed to it and my mum is cancelling any direct debit requests and changing online passwords. Just checked website I do not believe this is a legitimate company. Please beware.
