Having done business with Coventry Scales for the last twenty odd years, whether it was for the annual calibration of our thirty scales, or whenever we have had a breakdown. I have always found them to be very helpful and reliable in getting things sorted out. Ordered weight scales, arrived and had a hand over showing everything worked, yet only after a couple of weeks started to have problems with the machine, called the company for them top put the blame down to the operator with the printer not working!!!! Was told all the data stored automatically onto a memory stick, went to download the data to find nothing recorded and was told yet again it is an operators error even though we can not change any of the settings for either of these problems we are having!! Only solution they could come up with was send them back let us have a look and maybe we can fix the problem after paying lots of money for the equipment in the first place. The company is happy to take your money as soon as possible and not help afterwards. Very unhappy with the service and aftercare
