    Went in and had my Gait analysed which was interesting to have done but also ment i could try the right shoe for my tunning type , shop assistant( sorry I can't remember his name) was very helpful and was very well trained and was very knowledgeable and had customer care at the front of the experience also left with a new pair of trainers that i like too . Will definitely be going back in the future for more running gear.

    I would highly recommend Helen Marie who carried out my Gait Analysis and fitted me for a pair of Saucony Glide trainers. Helen was lovely, really helpful with lots of knowledge and tips. (Down the hatches, up to the sky and down to the ground 😀) I really enjoyed the experience and will 100% buy again.

    The lady there was disrespectful and patronising. She kept being dismissive to my family. I honestly went in with high hopes but was extremely disappointed! I was also told the shoes I had been recommended weren’t the right shoes (previously bought also from Coventry runner). She was not apologetic or considerate. Just felt horrible after leaving your shop, awful customer service. I would not return again.

    I had a great experience buying new running shoes here yesterday. Big thanks to Stan, who was really encouraging and informative throughout the gait analysis. I'll be running my first marathon this year and have been on quite the journey with my training so far (pesky injuries!), so it was a comfort to speak to an experienced runner and to trust his advice, without feeling like I was being made to buy something.     Went on a Saturday and served by a really helpful lady. After trying on 10 plus trainers In another running shop and none of them correct she was able to understand where they weren't right and advise on a pair quickly! After trying on one pair of womens shoes she was able to advise I would be Better in men's shoes and it instantly solved the issue I was having. I only had to try on three pairs at coventry runner to find the right pair with one just for the treadmill! Would recommendthis shop great service and knowlede. Thank you
