My Senior cat was seen today as she was in pain for the last few days. Vet Kate saw her on time, did a full, thorough examination, gently and efficiently. Diagnosed exacerbation of an existing health issue., for which she was given medication. All the Vets, Receptionists and Nurses are such lovely, kind, friendly and genuinely caring people. Both to the pets and their owners. Thank you All x

Desperately seeking advice but they refused to give it because I live in the wrong postcode. Can't offer any comments regarding their service.

Unapologetic Me
We were seen very quickly today for my older boys appointment after a phone consultation. They were knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and all round amazing people. I think the phone and video consultations are fantastic for non emergencies and those who live outside of Coventry. I am very grateful for the PDSA.
