Greeted by efficient and sympathetic receptionist. Then a kind triage nurse and after a 2 hour wait due to bank holiday, attended by a kind and patient doctor. Can't fault any of them. Thank you for your kindness with an anxious patient.

I went there on march 18 for my baby, I had a very bad experience with dr. Mujeeb Irfan, he doesn’t know how to deal with children. He scared my baby resulted in very high heart rate. Additionally nurse Shabhan Ibrahim was not polite as well. If you are reading this: you guys are getting paid to treat patients. So, polite behaviour is must.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews so thought I would add a positive one as I expected the worst from the previous reviews but that’s not the experience I had. I had a better experience with them than my own GP over the past 2 years. I went at around 8pm 12/04 the receptionists were both nice (one was a bit blunt but in my opinion that’s just getting straight to the point when they probably have people moaning at them all day everyday), I only had to wait in the waiting area for 40 mins so I must have gone at the right time. There was nothing wrong with the hospital, it was clean and not in disrepair. I was seen to by Doctor Dev (I think that’s his name) he was really nice and gave me the advice and got me the prescription I needed quickly. The only downside is that they don’t have their own late night pharmacy. It was an oddly pleasant experience for a doctor’s surgery. I would recommend.

I see all of the negative reviews but it was a fantastic experience for us this morning. Went in with our little one who had fever on and off and we were triaged within 15 mins and seen within 30. The doctor listened and gave us time. The receptionists were friendly and had a helpful list of the pharmacies open on bank holiday Sunday.
