Worse Customer service I have ever received from this branch. I went there to submit my documents for opening a new account. And the lady from this branch says my tenancy agreement is not valid because that is not as per her expectations. The agent who provided me the tenancy agreement is providing same agreement to other tenants and that agreement is valid everywhere. But in this branch, customer service representative makes their own rule to accept or reject your documents.

Great to have a Coventry Building society in Leicester city center, I have been banking with them for over 20 years. The branch now is very simple, stylish & clean, staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. They do as much as a typical bank does, provide not only banking - online, telephone service banking and in branch banking, also mortgage and other financial services.
