I have had two experiences with Audi Coventry where my car was booked in on two separate occasions for a MOT and a Service check. On both of these occasions my dash camera was disconnected by Audi, which was not mentioned to me at all and I only discovered this when I sat in my car afterwards. This is so disappointing as I have had to reconnect the wires back in to the dash cam. On my last visit the wires have been pulled out and are now visible and dangling in my car which I am not happy about at all.
