If you've reached this comment before entering the store, do yourself a favour and run away while you can. Typical scammers, vicious as can be. I had to replace the worn battery of my phone. I was sold a battery repair service for £55, typical London price for the battery and replacement service. After I paid, I was told the person responsible for making the repair was away, and that I had to come back Monday for the repair service. I had a flight home and could not return on Monday, so I decided to try and install the battery somewhere else. Walking out of the store, I realised I was sold a counterfeit, cheap replacement battery, not a manufacturer's part as I had been told. I returned immediately to get reimbursed. Impossible, only on Monday when the technician is back. I asked a family member I was visiting to please go return the fake battery to the store on Monday. They were insulted by members of staff and were denied a reimbursement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
