I recently rang up to make a dental hygienist appointment , as I hadn’t been able to make one for some time now. I received a extremely rude and abrupt reply that they were fully booked till Christmas. I have been a patient for 30 years and known in the surgery , as you can imagine I have spent thousands of pounds in such a period and felt the treatment I received was disgusting . They have obviously lost all regard to their original patients who have supported the practice and in fact don’t seem to care. I am shocked to say the least , as this is the third time it’s happened within a year. Obviously they are only interested in ones money and no loyalty anymore. Welcome to the new Covent Garden. Shocked and upset !!!! Tony
