Such a shame - was really looking forward to visiting for treatment before my wedding. Unfortunately, 4 tube lines were out of action and so despite giving an hour for travel and letting them know in advance, and paying uber surge to get there, they were going to charge me £100 for being late. When I asked if I could just move my appointment to a later time that they had available they said they'd charge me another £100 for deposit on top of the deposit I had paid - and lost - for the morning appointment. Pretty unreasonable, when they could have just moved the appointment given the circumstances were completely out of my control. So that's £100 for nothing whatsoever. Oh, absolutely, it was in the T&Cs but given the circumstances, it was pretty unreasonable and unhelpful and I've never come across a business that would do that once everything was explained.

I had my teeth whitened a few years back in a rather out-of-the-way clinic but they didn't use Zoom and when I went back into work the next day nobody could tell the difference. That was before I decided to try the Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic - I really wanted to ZOOM Whiten my teeth and I didn't want to travel miles to get it; the Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic offer the proper Phillips ZOOM Teeth Whitening treatment (plus home maintenance kit) in two Central London clinic locations - Covent Garden (London West End) and Moorgate (London City) both Zone 1 Central London and very easy for me to get to. The service I received was 5* and the clinic was very clean and modern with expensive looking Phillips Zoom Teeth Whitening machine. I had three 15 minute "Zooms" within my 1 hour consultation, that followed an initial 15 minute conversation about dental hygiene and how to maintain the new white smile. I can honestly say that both the clinic AND the actual Zoom teeth whitening treatment itself far exceeded my expectations for the price charged in Central London; I left with absolutely AMAZING results and kept taking photos of my new whiter teeth to send to everyone I know! I cannot recommend Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic highly enough for their Zoom Teeth Whitening and it's amazing results. Fab!
