Highly-personalised service. Have just bought a house built by Cove, high quality finish/workmanship and direct, personal service from a director of the company (Richard Barwick) and from Joss, the Site Manager. We visited their Aldershot offices on a number of occasions as it was convenient to where we were previously living, all staff (starting with Reception) were welcoming and friendly. Can't fault them.
