First impression was made by the lovely lady at the front desk, she was friendly and instantly made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect for the amount of time I spent there. It had everything I needed, and I found it to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience! Such an incredible space in the heart of London. Perfect to travel to the East end or West end. The only issue we experienced was a member of staff (she was F.O.H. with pink/purple hair) who made the experience much more difficult than it needed to be - everything seemed like a chore and she came across as a jobsworth instead of someone offering the customer service you would expect from a venue like The Cove. Walkability: Within walking distance of the River Thames, Tate Modern, West End and Shoreditch.

FANTASTIC people (thanks Theresa, Diana & Mario) in the Fantastic hotel ! We enjoyed our stay. We never had such services from the staff. Cleaning was perfect ! In terms of location, metro is only at 1 minute walking (you have a exit/entry just front of the metro entrance). Thanks again, we were happy to spend our honeymoon here. Thanks for the Prosecco bottle & pop corns for our honeymoon gift and of course for the appartement with an amazing view : St Paul !

Had such a lovely stay at Cove Cannon Street. The apartments were clean, roomy and had everything you needed. The convenience of having Mansion Street underground station right next door made it easy to travel in London. The only down side was the loud traffic during the day and night which could be heard from our room but what can you expect in busy London! I would 100% stay here again. A big thanks to Jo who checked me in and was so kind to bring my luggage upstairs. She was so lovely! Well done to all the staff at Cove, it was a great stay

Definitely one of the better places to stay in London - you get value for your money. Staff are friendly, helpful & professional. Rooms have everything you need, very clean, size is good (big esp for London)… decor is stylish and bed super comfy. I 100% recommend.

With numerous fast food outlets, pubs and supermarkets nearby. A four-minute walk from St. Paul's Cathedral and with the possibility of crossing the Thames through several nearby bridges (I recommend the millennium bridge to get to the neighborhood) and even half an hour from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London . Very nice and modern hotel, our room was very bright and consisted of a module with a kitchenette that included an oven, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle and cutlery and various utensils, a large and comfortable bed and a small living room with a TV table , sofa and chairs, ideal to rest after a hard day kicking the city; The other module is a bright bathroom with a comfortable, spacious and comfortable shower tray with gel and shampoo included, of course with towels included. There are numerous British plugs throughout the room and several lamps and light bulbs. The wifi is perfect, it is very well soundproofed from the outside and inside and it has air conditioning and heating and nothing of the typical British carpet on the floor. But if up to now everything has been very good, the best thing is all the staff that work there. From the moment you arrive at the hotel they try to make your stay very easy. We arrived several hours in advance with the intention of leaving our suitcases to see the surroundings and they offered us to go directly into the room. Super kind and friendly (and I don't know much English) they solve any mishap right away and help you with any questions. They make your stay not only easier but also much warmer and more humane, which is not something in the times we live in. Lugar muy bien comunicado con varias estaciones de metro y paradas de bus en los alrededores . Con numerosos establecimientos de comida rápida, pubs y supermercados en las cercanías . A cuatro minutos andando de la catedral de San Pablo y con la posiblidad de cruzar el Tamesis por varios puentes cercanos ( yo recomiendo el puente del milenio para llegar al barrio ) e incluso a media hora del puente de la torre y de la Torre de Londres. Hotel muy bonito y moderno, nuestra habitación era muy luminosa y constaba de un modulo con cocina americana en la que se incluía horno,vitro,nevera con congelador ,tetera y cubertería y utensilios variados, una cama grande y cómoda y un saloncito con tele mesita ,sofá y sillas, ideal para descansar después de un duro día pateando la ciudad ; El otro módulo es un cuarto de baño luminoso con un cómodo, amplio y confortable plato de ducha con gel y champú incluido , por supuesto con toallas incluidas.Hay numerosos enchufes británicos por toda la habitación y varias lámparas y focos de luz. El wifi va perfecto ,está muy bien insonorizada hacia el exterior e interior y tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción y nada de la típica moqueta británica en el suelo . Pero si hasta aquí todo ha sido muy bueno lo mejor es todo el personal que trabaja allí .Desde la llegada al hotel te intentan hacer la estancia muy fácil. Nosotros llegamos con varias horas de antelación con la intención de dejar las maletas para conocer las cercanías y nos ofrecieron entrar directamente en la habitacion. Super amables y simpáticos ( y eso que yo no sé mucho inglés ) te solucionan cualquier percance enseguida y te ayudan en cualquier duda. Te hacen la estancia no solo más sencilla si no mucho más cálida y humana que no es poco en los tiempos que vivimos.Enhorabuena y gracias a todo el equipo que nos recibió y atendió en estos días.
