I ordered a cosmetics bag (PORTER-YOSHIDA & CO. - Side note, if you don't own anything from this brand, you should) from Couverture & The Garbstore and when the package arrived it was the wrong bag. To be fair, the one I got vs the one I ordered was practically identical so super easy mistake to make, just a few zips difference really. I emailed them pictures of the bag I received and the link to the one I ordered asking them if there had been a mistake, also aware that it could have been my error. I got a reply email from Joe first thing the next business day - They apologised for the mix up (it was the same bag but an older model and I was sent the older one by mistake), immediately put the bag I wanted away off the shelf and sent me UPS shipping docs so I could return the bag with no charge to me. As soon as I shipped the bag back Joe emailed me to say they had received the shipping notification for the return and sent me the other bag immediately. I had the replacement bag a few days later... On the other side of the world! Everything about this interaction was A++. Joe was lovely, so accommodating and made the process so easy for me. I cannot recommend this store, and Joe, enough. Beautiful quality products and some of the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you!!
