Bridal experience: I bought my wedding dress from here 10 months before my wedding. They said it normally takes 6 months but because of Covid, it can take 7 months. I asked for me to be able to pick up my dress as soon as it arrives so I can choose my own seamstress close to where I live (I live 4 hours from this shop). Dudu agreed to everything and took my money. Zero communication from that point onwards and I had to keep calling and chasing them from the 7th month and Dudu never answered the phone. I left several messages to others who picked up but no one got back to me. Literally 3 weeks before my wedding, I was told my dress arrived and I should go in for a fitting with their seamstress - this is when I called and they were clearly trying to make more money by using their own seamstress and I was put in a position where I had no choice but to use them as it was so late. When I drove 4 hours and turned up, there was no seamstress and this shop never bothered to inform me! So Dudu proceeded to take my measurements and sent my dress to her seamstress. This made me lose out on being able to find the best price and having someone closer to me. When I went to the seamstress (it’s in another town near this shop) for my final fitting, literally a few days before my wedding (I was getting married abroad so was very stressed with what this shop caused), I found out that the fitting measurements were all wrong and the dress was too short! I was livid. I have medium brown skin and had requested darker cups with the dress order which Dudu completely missed and had given the seamstress black cups with glitter on it and the seamstress had sewn it in! It looked so tacky and cheap and my dress was ruined! I called Dudu at this point and she completely denied everything! Luckily the seamstress understood my situation and worked past her closing time to fix my dress the same day, so I didn’t have to travel 4 hours again, right before my wedding. She also had to charge me for all the issues and changes caused by Dudu. Dudu never offered me any compensation and not even an apology. All in all, I would avoid this place 100% based on my experience. It totally ruined the wedding dress shopping experience after buying such an expensive dress. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, so save yourself all the stress and go somewhere else.

I am the mother of the bride and we recently starting wedding dress shopping for my daughter. This was the second shop of our wedding dress hunt and wow what an amazing experience it was. Unlike a few other shops that charge £25 for the appointment, this fantastic shop do not, nor do they limit how many of the bridal party can attend! The service we received was really wonderful. We had booked a 4.30-6 pm and we actually came out just after 7, with no pressure of over running of time. The staff were all absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, giving advice and so patient. We were made to feel so comfortable and relaxed and made our experience perfect in every way! The choice of dresses were amazing and we were allowed to pick the ones we wanted to try, unlike other shops. They were not at all pushy or checking the time. We were all offered drinks and when we went back the second time we had a plate of strawberries and mini cup cakes , such a lovely touch and she was made to feel very special. Needless to say she found her perfect dress and had the most wonderful experience. She was also given a lovely box containing lovely gifts! Again a lovely touch. We cannot recommend this shop enough. If you are after a fantastic day with fantastic staff then this is your shop. Wish I could rate it much more that 5 stars! We took my mum who is 90 who couldn’t stop talking about it , they also made her feel very welcome. Just want to say thank you so much to all at Couture and Tiaras in Burgess Hill for making it such a special day ! Xx

Absolutely fantastic! The ladies were amazing , attentive and caring ! They made me feel a million dollars ! 100% recommend we drove over an hour to the shop received a lovely warm welcome and a nice cup of tea ! I brought my dress from here it was off the rack as I only have less than 12 weeks . Soooo much choice!! the team were super helpful and did a fantastic job at finding exactly what I wanted . Dudu & the team are amazing! So friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely people. They have such a big collection of beautiful wedding dresses to choose from. I went to a few different dress shops & this is by far the best one. I found a dress that I loved on their website, made an appointment, tried it on (along with 20 or so others!!!) and the rest was history. I found my dream dress with the help of Dudu, thank you so much! You can really tell that Dudu & the team genuinely love what they do, and it’s shows in the high class service they provide. Would highly recommend this shop to help you find your dream dress! I wish I could do it all again!
