Services closed down ready to go bust. Run on the bank as they have no money !! Bank is bust !! Avoid like the plague. Deep state complicit non bank. No staff any longer in building. Never answer the phone and are now on top of the great reset preventing customers from removing any cash at all. Do not bank here !!

I've had accounts with at least 6 banks in the UK over the years. The account with Coutts stands out as the best in terms of service. No other bank comes even close. Yes, they do charge fees for managing your investments and savings but you get a 24 hour phone line. When you call you speak to polite and competent UK-based agents who can actually help. The online banking has improved over the years.

This bank is literally the most ridicilous place. I'm mindblown to see they operate at all and still exist. I've been waiting on a card for let's say nearly a year and it has been send third time to old address that we've updated few times. Like.. seriously. My review would have been longer if I had the nerves and patience for this but they have exhausted every possible drop of patience that I had.

I have been a customer for many years. The Coutts 24 phone line is a disaster. Just been waiting for 35 minutes to make a transfer and have finally given up. Something going badly wrong with the service unless what they mean is that it takes 24 hours to answer the phone.
