Sharon was phenomenal throughout the while process. I've been searching since September 2022 and she knew I've seen so many properties (one I initially bought through her but changed my mind) so finally on my 72nd house I fell in love with it. She knew how strong my position was from my house sale completed statement document, vast deposit and most importantly l having an official mortgage offer document (full hard credit check completed and approved up to my max value of borrowing from my lender). This was all provided to her so she did eveything in her power to secure the house purchase for me. There was tough competition as there was more than several offers and more viewings pending. So yeah she was absolutely phenomenal!! Also I wish all other estate agents and solicitors were as fast as her in her email replies. She would literally reply in 2 mins all the time!! Very prompt and professional. It's what you need when one is purchasing a house right!? Thank you once again Sharon. đ

Great service - particularly from Sharon. We have had quite a few issues with getting our sale completed - none of which were due to Cousins. At all points Cousins remained professional - and persistent - liaising with the buyer and solicitors. Always readily available when needed. I would happily recommend, and use Cousins' services in the future - DC.

Ignorant and very rude people, several times they hang up the phone on you, they are not flexible with schedules, I definitely do not recommend this agency... it doesn't even seem that you are a customer and pay for the services!!!

Wow, what can i say. What an amazing service from the estate agents Cousins in Failsworth. Sarah came to view our property and put our minds at ease with how much we could put it on the market for, she also reassured us of their cost to sell, an all in one package which suited us. Knowing the upfront cost very was reassuring. Sharon Prestwood then took over and things moved very fast, we sold the house within 12 days, Sharon kept us informed every step of the way, with emails and phone calls, always followed up on questions or queries, always very informative and knows the business extremely well. 5 stars all the way. thank you.

Great service and friendly team I've used them before and just had Blake round for a valuation.Very professional all round. I'd like to update this review with some praise for the company in general and Sharon in particular. The sale took quite a bit longer than it should , but the team at Cousins and especially Sharon were fantastic, professional, and definitely working for us as the vendors. She gave sound advice and worked really hard to get it done.

Sharon was amazing she kept us informed throughout and we never felt anything was too much trouble. Emails and phone calls were always responded to quickly. We was looking for our first home after just getting married and was struggling to find 'the one' that gave us that warm home feeling. I saw this property on right move and knew we had to book a viewing. I called Cousins and spoke with Sharon who was so warm and friendly. Sharon told us how beautiful this property was and the pictures didn't do it justice. As soon as we saw it we knew she wasn't wrong. She called me the next day to ask how it went and we put an offer in straight away. She came straight back to me and told me it was accepted! Since then she has been great with communication and helping us navigate our way through, we had our own solicitor and mortgage advisor but Sharon was still there to answer any questions and help us with the process. When we went to pick up the keys Sharon knew who we were straight away and was so friendly! I couldn't recommend her or the business enough as they really were so helpful. Now we're in and we couldn't be happier and it was all made easier because of the great service she provided.
