Theres no justice and no right of appeal to this court. No legal aid for family law = no justice. Illegal adoptions held in secret which cannot be revoked that dont pass any threshold criteria..it should never have even gone to court....seriously British law needs to support families not break them up. The system stole my grandson and there is no investigation!! Why? No right to appeal.. what's going on? Why was my grandson stolen by the state? My emails to prove everything were not even read as it cost £250 off legal aid budget to open and read one email and they dont have court time or resource....so wheres the justice? How can an adoption hearing ge held in private without even the relevant LA knowing. It's all lies, games, cover ups.... no wonder no one trusts the 'system'. Even solicitors and barristers admit they didn't have time for legal aid cases as private ones pay more.My Grandad was a clerk to court, experienced barrister at Old Bailey, I bet hes turning in his grave at lack of processes followed and due diligence. He was a fair and just man. Lower courts are not following the law or processes then block appeals.

A beautiful building but it can and will completely tear a family apart, just like it did to mine! #charlieslaw needs to prevent what happened to my family and many others from happening again! We had a good case but our sons life was decided on by one man with no medical training in my sons condition. It should never have gone to court in the first place, GOSH should have stuck to their word! Such one sided establishments! RIP Charlie Gard 04/08/16 - 28/07/17

This incompetent court system and it's ignorant judges ruled against allowing Alfie Evan's parents from taking their child to another hospital for treatment. First, it is your child. Second, it will a group of people. Hitler done exactly the same as these judges have done. They minimized a life and the role that a mother and father plays in that child's life. They ignored basic family fundamentals by implementing a sinister goverment control over family values.
