Absolutely stunning airbnb with everything you could possibly need, the hosts were fantastic and so accommodating. The roads to get here are very tight but it makes it sooo worth it once you catch the sunset here and get to relax in a calm and quiet place. The hosts dogs are also lovely and friendly and there are horses to the side who are very curious to say hello

We’re very glad that we’ve found this hidden gem place in Kent. Very relaxing and peaceful. Such a beautiful place to celebrate our romantic wedding anniversary! The hosts were very friendly and attended the things that we needed! This place is highly recommended! 🙂

We stayed at the Court Barn Escapes for 2 evenings last week for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing! We were supposed to go away but with a last minute issue with our trip abroad we needed somewhere to go that same night. My partner called Rebecca late in the day on Tuesday to set it up for that night and she was incredible. Not only did they manage to get the place ready for us in a few hours, they even went to the store for my boyfriend to get flowers, champagne and a cake for me as a surprise. The hut is only 45 drive from London but it truly feels like a rural escape. The views from the room are gorgeous, it’s extremely remote, quiet and relaxing. Rebecca and Richard are happy to help at all times, whether it be to prep the hot tub, give directions for walks / pubs / local attractions or anything else. We also chose to do the breakfast, dinner and cheese board additions which were all lovely. Breakfast the first day was fresh bacon, sausages, eggs and veggies (all locally sourced), then dinner was a home made shepherds pie, and the cheese board was great too. All in all, we couldn’t recommend this enough and will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed in their shepherds hut for a couple of nights. It's set on the hill side of a valley and the views are amazing. Gated entrance to drive in with space to park our car right next to the hut. It has an outdoor BBQ oven, firepit and log store. Inside is finished to a high standard with a shower, well equipped kitchen, log burner and comfy bed. Hosts, Rebecca and Richard were very friendly and welcoming, offering services such as breakfast, dinners and other food parcels brought straight to the hut, a wood fired hot tub (with views across the valley), projected film night and bikes to hire. They have lots of information on the local area and where to find some lovely food for the BBQ. One of the many highlights was being visited by their super friendly spaniels who love playing fetch with sticks and stones.

Had a nice time here but stay completely overshadowed by a £620 charge from the owners for accidentally dropping the mini projector. They refused to look at repair (which we offered to pay for) or claim on their insurance. Dread to think what would have happened if something more serious had happened. If you stay here make sure you take out an additional insurance policy, our bank travel insurance policy didn't cover. (Response to owners response - the fact of the matter remains that you charged us £620 for genuine accidental damage (that we owned up to immediately), I feel that amount of money is completely unjustified and you refused to let us purchase an alternative model or pay for repair).

My boyfriend recently surprised me with a stay at Pilgrims Nap shepherds hut. Wow what a totally beautiful place. The hut is cosy and luxurious, such a comfortable bed with the most amazing views to wake up to. So much attention to detail with robes and slippers to snuggle up in. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you could need (the best hot chocolate). The log burner keeps the hut nice and toasty but we also toasted marshmallows over the outside fire pit. The hot tub is to die for Rebecca and Richard were so caring making sure that we had everything we needed, getting the hot tub heated and ready with candles. We hired the bikes and cycled to the pub for lunch and also had the movie night goodies which was super sweet. Breakfast delivered to the hut was tasty and with freshly laid eggs from their chickens. To top it off they have the most gorgeous spaniels. Boyfriend definitely earn’t some brownie points and we will be back soon. Highly recommend this place ❤️.

Fantastic weekend break in the Kent Countryside at Richard and Rebecca's shepherd hut. The place was so homely and comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. If you want a country escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, I would 100% recommend!

I will start by saying our stay here at court barn escapes has been one of the most relaxing and peaceful escapes away we've ever had. From the wonderful and scenic views inside and outside of the cozy and snug cabin, to the warming and welcoming hosts Rebecca and her husband, to the hot tub surrounded by the trees and to the animals and wildlife around the area, its absolutely breathtaking. The guests book comes with amazingly helpful suggestions for the local area with things to do including pubs, which we tried in Faversham. We absolutely loved the bathrobes and slippers that were provided inside the cabin and all of the food freebies and extras, it felt as if the extra touches in the wonderful cabin were personal touches to our stay. We loved being able to use the fancy bbq for our evening meals. The cabin itself feels so cozy and snug inside, with the woodfire being able to use and the bed will make you feel like you'll never want to get out as it's super soft and comfortable. Thank you for our magnificent and relaxing stay, we will be returning.
