To reiterate all the other reviews here. There is nothing honest about this service. Their terms and service advertising is completely misleading to the point of illegal. I cancelled a job because they booked my shipment with DHL and this was inappropriate for the delivery. They refunded me 50%. I should have learned the first time I dealt with this company which was also disastrous where I also enjoyed the misogynistic abuse I received from one their "customer service' team members. Believe the one star review and NEVER pay for the full job upfront unless a trusted man and van service, parcel service such as DHL (which you can book directly FYI for a fraction of the price). God forbid if I actually sent something with them.

I do not often leave negative reviews and always try to resolve cases bz communicating and trying to find compromises. Courier Q Ltd aka "honest_delivery" claimed the following when they submitted his bid: *WE WILL GUIDE YOU TO COMPLETE CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS SO DON'T WORRY*. When I requested help & advice with filling in customs forms correctly in order to pay the correct amount of import fees and duties in order to ship my goods to Germany the provider did not attempt to help. I had to cancel the job to avoid my goods getting stuck at customs. Unfortunately, the provider then decided to hold on to 50% !! of the deposit, which was several hundred pounds - for a service that was never supplied. "honest_delivery" misrepresents its services to bid for work and then does not deliver what it promises. Stay clear of " honest_delivery" / Courier Q Ltd T/A Courier Queen !!
