Great prices and excellent service from start to finish. I decided late on to do a major lawn overhaul and County Town were brilliant, giving guidance on what to put down and managed super quick delivery despite being over in South Somerset so I could achieve the weather window! I then couldn't be home when they were due which wasn't a problem, the delivery driver delivered my 2 big dumpy bags onto the side of the driveway out of the way not just dumped and run. Fantastic company will not be going anywhere else when I plan out the autumn lawn works.

Absolutely superb. The customer service I experienced was 5⭐️ from start to finish. As a very novice DIY’er I find a lot of trades shops a little intimidating. My experience at County Town couldn’t have been more different. All the staff were so helpful and considerate, from replying to emails to offering advice and guidance on my project that saved me a huge amount of time and money. Even though the shop is 30 minutes drive from my house, this experience will make me a loyal customer. Thanks for being awesome.

I ordered 3t ballast, 1t sand and 10 bags cement. Customer service was friendly, prices were affordable so i was happy. My order was delivered on time and the delivery driver Matt dropped it exactly where i needed it despite tricky overhead cables. Thanks Matt and well done County town, great service.
