Visited the Chelmsford site yesterday afternoon (30/04) with my partner to look for a used Mokka, We spent a good 10 minutes on the forecourst looking at a couple that we were interested in. No staff outside on the forecourt and there were a number of potential customers milling around. Went inside to find no staff on the shop floor either, was seen by 3 members of staff hiding in the offices as the back and after 5 minutes standing around not one of them aknowledged our presense, even tho they had clearly seen us waiting. As we went to leave one of them finally appeared and asked if we wanted something? Told him that he'd taken to long to see us and that we were leaving, to which his resonse was "whatever" I hope this is just a blip in customer service either that or all these 5 star reviews are fake, but rest assured we will be taking our business elsewhere. We will also be conacting the mangement tomorrow to lodge a formal complaint as that level of contempt is disgusting. Cannot give zero stars otherwise would have been zero stars all round
