I bought a beautiful ruby and diamond ring Of a gentleman who was working there very friendly. Preloved ring. But when I got it home I noticed a dent on the side I do wish he'd pointed this out to us as he must of known. . Hope it doesn't effect value.

My partner and I recently shopped at County Goldsmiths (shrewsbury store). They managed to fit us in last minute to order our rings for our wedding. Both Stuart and Rachel were so helpful and made what was a stressful situation, very easy. We were extremely impressed in the service we received from Rachel especially who listened to what we wanted and advised well. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that we would receive our rings in time, putting our minds at rest. The after care service for cleaning and maintaining the jewellery is also excellent, they truly care about the customers. Couldn’t recommend the shop enough! We will be back! Max and Alice.
