I was on a CVP hearing when suddenly someone started shouting obscenities and making lots of noise. . Upon investigation by the Judge it was found to be coming from the Clerk's link! The Judge had to close the link and get the court to open a new one as they couldn’t alert the Clerk. Very unprofessional and totally shocking!

Avoid if you can. Have no expectations of competence, timeliness, effectiveness or politeness and you won’t be disappointed. 2 years and I am still waiting for a resolution.

I’m only giving this 1 star as no 0 stars are available. Court trial cancelled 2 working days before the hearing after waiting for a year for the trial to be listed. Just phoned to try and obtain a new date, waited 60 minutes on the phone to be told the call centre can’t tell us anything.

It is appalling service. It’s worse when they disconnect you. Contact your MP and ask him/her/they/them to do something about it, and then keep on asking until they do something about it.
