Received a letter with something that happened 3 years ago. Sent my response and received a letter of further charges had been applied, because they didn’t hear from me. Letter was 1st class signed for. Tried to call them but none seems to pick up the line as I’ve tried to reach them on the same day 3 times and every call had extended 40mins of waiting.

I have been dealing with this awful company for a few months now. Constantly having to make phone calls to find out what the hell is going on. Many of the staff have no clue what they are doing or have any basic customer service skills.They have no formal complaints procedure and you cannot request to speak to a manager or have any callback from a manager, everything is to be sent via email. They incorrectly applied a judgement because THEY are behind on workload at the moment. I sent through everything by the deadlines provided but they still felt it was fair to issue a judgment and then warn me that bailiffs may come out but they cannot remove it any sooner to prevent this from happening. The judgement has now been set aside and a confusing letter followed, called numerous times waiting over half an hour to find out what happens next. No one has a clue and after multiple holds Shameem/Hameem thought she would just fob me off with ‘We can’t give you advice’ after she had just been advising me for 30 minutes straight. Requested to raise a complaint and she proceeded to tell me that she had infact helped me. All need retraining or just a bit of common sense really.
