This country no longer has a court service. The judge delayed my hearing with no explanation and then didn't dial into the delayed online call. Nobody answers the phones. EVER. The judges are a joke and this is the small claims court! Over 1 year on and not even got to a directions hearing! They are totally unfit for purpose.

I'd say awful service if there were anything that resembled service in the first place. 40 minutes wait just to drop off a document and don't try and phone because of the 28 times I've called them I've never been able to speak to anybody. Case management is a joke, after repeatedly telling them not to book a court date for Fridays they send a date for a Friday. You can email and laugh at the poor grammar and mistakes on the auto-reply but it's Russian roulette if you get a human response. Truly the worst customer experience.
