They give me wring type of contract to avoid protecting my deposit. This is how they broke the law and I can't wait to take them to court so they could admit guilt and everyone to see and learn about everything wrong countrywild did to me personally and probably many other people including my current employer

After the owner's agreement to receive the deposit back is a whole story with which I still postpone I already have 3 weeks and still waiting. I left pictures to the agent with what defects were in the house, they did not implement them in the computer. Pay close attention to inventory.

Great while you are a tenant, hands down to that. Once you leave the property it's a pain to return a deposit that has been authorised by the landlord over a month ago. No updates, don't reply to emails, just keep ignoring you... Your business is not to ignore people until they give up on THEIR money, have some honour please
