I’m writing this review for the mortgage services provided by Nisha Vyas at Spencers Leicester branch. I appreciate Nisha’s knowledge of the market to find me an appropriate lender, as I had an adverse credit issue. She managed to find me a solicitor who can have a dual representation. I would recommend to use Nisha’s services who is always at the other end of the phone.

I cannot say this strongly enough DO NOT USE Countrywide Mortgage Services! Countrywide Mortgage Services use the back office of Bridgfords in Yarm High St as their local branch to me, their advisor is very unorganised and disrespectful. The setup is not private and you will not get a fair comparison or deal from them. The office used is open to the public in the shop and a thoroughfare to the staff amenities in the back so your conversations regarding your finances and personal situation are not private or secure. The advisor provided me with no paper work and in conversations told me incorrect details of my mortgage illustrations. His poor organisation meant that I was chasing him for details constantly and it took weeks to get a response. He signed documents to say that he had given me copies when he had not. He promised several options of mortgages but I was only offered 2 different terms with 1 lender not a variety of lenders and options. He also used my relatives details to arrange the mortgage with the lender breaching GDPR to which the lender apologised profoundly and swiftly corrected his mistake. He lost my card and payment details for their services and when confronted with these concerns he aggressively dismissed us and accused us of the mistakes. I raised all of my complaints (there are more to these mentioned) through there complaints procedure, it was passed off to a 3rd party who after months of chasing them to investigate dismissed my complaint saying "We cannot find anything wrong with the services provided" Again I cannot say this strongly enough DO NOT USE Countrywide Mortgage Services!

*Morta Kazenaite/Mortgage Guru/Guardian Angel* (Lincoln) Our mortgage guru, Morta, has been guiding us and watching over us since the start of 2022. She has helped us to swap our redundant family home and hamster wheel working life at the start of 2022, for a property rental business and semi retirement on a narrowboat by the end of the year. Without her tenacious, unrelenting attitude none of this would have been possible. She has guided us and kept us on the straight and narrow with rules, used her powers of persuasion on the mortgage company when deadlines were stretched beyond belief, fought our case with other professionals when required, and just been a ray of sunshine which we have so desperately needed at times. There are no words to express how thankful we are that we found Morta and we can't recommend her highly enough. She truly is a guardian angel in human form.

Morta Kazenaite at CMS was excellent from start to finish! She quickly secured a decision in principle and mortgage offer from the lender, and provided helpful assistance in arranging an insurance policy. We had a long wait until the property purchase completed just before the mortgage offer expired, due to delays from the vendor, and Morta was super helpful in quickly advising me on my options at the last minute. Highly recommended, thank you!
