After explaining what my mother- in- law's needs were for a suitable wheelchair, I have been so impressed by the response of the company and especially by the service provided by Andy. He did a thorough fact finding assessment, brought along a couple of suitable wheelchairs for a try out and gave a really good demonstration and explanation of each chair's particular features. He was polite and patient throughout and did not rush me, which led me to purchase one of the wheelchairs shown and we were able to keep it straightaway. A problem arose a couple of weeks later and Andy called by the care home to put it right straightaway on the same day! The problem was due to human error and nothing wrong with the chair. However, we were very impressed by the after sales service. Thank you!

I just want to say I have been very impressed by how you have dealt with bed repair when the outer coating began to crack and come off the coils linking the motors to the movable parts. After contacting you, Wayne came and examined the bed the following day, and ordered the new coils and hard wired motors. Exactly a week later he returned and fitted them. Each time he arrived promptly and was friendly and efficient. Thank you Wayne

I can’t say enough kind words about the folks at Countryside Mobility Services. My family came over from America for my wedding and on the first day mum had a fall that effected her ability to walk. We came into their shop with no notice, frantically trying to find a wheelchair to rent for their month long visit so she could properly attend the wedding festivities and the guys spent ages helping my mom and sister track down a suitable wheelchair last minute, despite being entirely booked up. They both spoke so highly of how kind and accommodating the employees were and my experience meeting them when I returned the wheelchair at the end of the trip was exactly to that standard. Without their help, my mom wouldn’t have been able to attend our wedding or my family’s first trip to England. Their prices were incredibly reasonable as well. If you’re looking for any mobility services, you won’t find better hands to be in with Countrywide Worcester.
