CountryWide was recommended to us when we needed a quick turnaround for a surveyor. Within half hour of a referral being submitted (on a Friday afternoon) I was contacted by a friendly and professional team member Hannah who took me through survey options and organised a surveyor within 2 working days by communicating with the estate agents. Our surveyor Max G had very good communication via email and telephone. He made sure to talk through the process and our concerns prior to attending the property and made everything easy to understand. Max also had his report written up and sent to us within 24 hours so we were able to take his comments into consideration. Max was friendly, punctual and professional and made himself available to any further questions we had. Overall, CountryWide’s services and staff were great and allowed us to get the advice and guidance we needed and did not affect or prolonged our buying process/timeline.

This company is literally bombarding me daily with automated calls trying to sell me a home surveys. This is now harassment, and worse still it was entirely unsolicited. I suspect The Property Centre has breached Section 1 of the Data protection act by passing my details on to 3rd parties without my consent. Will gladly make a complaint to the ICO.

Max was lovely and answered all our questions, he was clear on time scales and kept us in the loop the whole way and was happy to answer any questions afterward. The report was very balance and clear- as first time buyers it was exactly what we needed. Thank you Max and we would definitely recommend him

Countrywide were first class when surveying a house we were thinking of purchasing. They were quick and efficient and made the process so easy from start to finish. My initial calls with them were very straightforward and I was comfortable choosing the survey which was right for me. Once the survey was booked, Ronan called to ask if there was anything we wanted him to check out and he sent the report over to us very quickly following the survey. In terms of the actual survey itself, we went for the middle of the road survey but the report was so thorough and it really helped our decision in terms of purchasing the house. All I have to say in that sense is that we dodged a bullet!!! Can’t recommend countrywide enough - absolutely worth every penny.
