    Really disappointed by Countryside customer service. We bought a brand new Townhouse at the Assembly, Hounslow and we spent over 650k on it in September 2021. Last year we had a leak from the top bathroom so we called customer service as we are supposed to have a 2 year maintenance to fix any issues linked to the new build. So they sent a plumber, he does not find or look for the rootcause, and they just decorate the impacted ceiling. This month same issue but now they do not even want to fix anything, they are just saying that the sealant has cracked due to the new build movement and that we need to do the change!! I can't believe they send a plumber over and not do the change if that was really the rootcause! Very disappointed and will continue escalate further as this is a poor experience. A leak is an urgent issue and nothing is done, unacceptable

    A terrible experience. False promises to say the least. Up until you buy the property, everything is great. Once, you receive your completion date its all about getting your money and hitting their targets. No concern for you as a resident, I live in Enfield from phase one. They promised parking spaces would come available. The complete opposite has happened. Phase 2, units sold to those buying there, phase 3 the same and so on. Near impossible to park. Day by day / phase by phase it gets worse. They even put in application to build another building after pledging they wouldn't. I wish I never bought with these guys. Go elsewhere, here is just about squeezing you in like sardines.
