    Countryside criminals more like - their promised warranty does not exist. I tried to contact them about a fault on a van I purchased less than three weeks previously - they refused to look at it and threatened the police when I took it back to their premises. They do not honour any Trading Standards. Now they've blocked my phone number -what does that tell you?? Walk away.

    Review downgraded now the apparent issues of a lot of scratches and chips are apparent and must have been waxed in rather than repaired. Despite raising concerns vehicle had a flat battery assured it was fine within weeks battery failed and was replaced by garage and no help from seller. Check these vehicles carefully for covered up issues they are dressed up well.

    What a disappointing experience my son put a £300 deposit on a van from here he was not advised not to drive it away as it had a problem with a sensor. We were told one had been ordered it was the Easter weekend so we weren’t expecting any movement after having to chase them for a few days my son got a phone call to say the van was ready and the gasket had been fixed That wasn’t what we were told was the problem !!!! After various emails and phone calls my son asking for his deposit back still no deposit returned !!! We were told we could have the deposit returned to us on the visit !! Not only were we told one thing was wrong and it wasn’t that at all. Now my son has never had his deposit returned !!! I would not recommend this company at all !!!
