Luke serviced my bike (Silver service) after I tried to bleed the hydraulic brakes myself and royally messed it up... Needless to say my bike has come back looking like new, the brakes work great and a gearing issue that I could not diagnose was also fixed! Luke was willing to pick my bike up and look after it for me while I was out of the area which really helped me out and has got me back on the trails in the most efficient amount of time. Luke picked them up from our home and did the servicing very quickly and dropped them back to us, which was so helpful as we don’t have a bike rack to transport them all ourselves. I wanted to get some work done on my bike, but I couldn’t get hold of a voucher for the government scheme. Halfords is 7 miles away, so I thought I would try to find somebody more local. I found Countryside Bike Repairs online, which is based in Downton, less than half a mile from me. The website is good, so I contacted Luke, who came to my house to look at my bike & give me a quote. His prices are very competitive, so I booked him for the job. He picked the bike up from me, did the work & got it back earlier than I was expecting. The work has been done to a very high standard & the bike is now running really well. There are a couple of other things Luke suggested I could get done & he has given me another competitive quote for this work, which isn’t urgent. I am very happy to recommend Luke, so if you need something done, why not contact him.
