Appalling customer service, placed an order for a Christmas present and then over a week later still haven’t heard anything. It took for me to email to chase on my order for them to actually reply and let me know that because I wasn’t a ‘member’ they wouldn’t be sending my item out. They had taken my order and had charged me for doing this but had no intention of sending out my product - they hadn’t even bothered to tell me this, I’m sure if I hadn’t emailed they would have happily kept my money (which I still haven’t received back!) Absolute scam, avoid at all costs

Been a member on and off since it's start and thoroughly enjoy all the the things they have on offer and the prices of some of the items are extremely reasonable. I wish I was able to use them more, perhaps when I'm retired with more time on my hands I will use the club more

Be very wary of this outfit. Their customer service is appalling. Delivery dates are as true to life as Lord of the Rings. We were given the excuse of the pandemic, despite it being known for at least a year that supply chains are affected. They are also the least proactive company I've ever dealt with. Every single contact, either by phone or email, was made by me, despite being asked to be kept up to date. In the end I had to liaise with the manufacturer because, as a retailer, Country Club UK were useless. If you see a product you like I would suggest buying it elsewhere otherwise you're in for a world of pain

Buyers beware. Firstly you must be a member to buy any of their items and this member's fee seems excessive for what you receive. However they will gladly accept your payment as a non member to then cancel your transaction and then take considerable amount of time to actually refunded you. Also stock levels are not correct on the website so you might wait a week to then only find out they don't have what you want and also you can't have it even if they do as you aren't a member. Not sure this is the quality service you expect from a members only club!

Superb customer service. I was discussing with my husband the lack of good customer service in many areas. nowadays (forgive me for sounding as though I were 150 years old!). We agreed that the one place we know we will get tip top service is with Country Club UK. Not only are the staff easily reached, they are all extremely friendly and, crucially, incredibly efficient. They go above and beyond what you might expect. I recently bought a cashmere poncho they were advertising. It is being sent to a friend so the billing and delivery address are not the same. I thought I would write under separate cover to my friend to explain what was coming. I was delighted to get a call from Julie at Country Club who asked if I would like to include a card as she saw that the poncho was going to someone other than myself. How incredibly thoughtful! Not only that but the cashmere poncho is really well priced and very high quality. Well done Country Club.

I needed help with organising a two day visit by Belgian clients in London and was at a loss as to where to go, which would be a change for them - they come occasionally to London anyway. CCUK were fantastic and not only made intelligent suggestions within my budget, but booked everything for the party of four - the hotel, the restaurants and gave me excellent guidance on which of the Thames cruises to take them on. So impressed were they that one has become a member. Oh, and they loved this particular London trip. Very impressive; well done CCUK.
