Shockingly bad service. Having paid over the odds to get a supplement I desperately needed, My supplement tub arrived having been clearly opened prior to dispatch and taped back down. First they argued this was common to tape down and claimed they hasn’t received pictures. I resent pictures and they asked for the item to be returned to them. Given there is little of the contents left and I’ve had to use what is there that’s not an option. They are refusing to refund. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered a small plastic bottle of probiotic + vitamins. Firstly I paid a premium for delivery nearly £5 (no other option for delivery). It took 6 days to arrive! It's only 3hours down the road from my house. Secondly it arrived in a parcel 30cm x 4cm way over the top with packaging for a tiny bottle of vitamins. Can't help but think they need a re-think on thier delivery and packaging for small items. Disappointed.
