To add as a response to your ever so charming reply, YOU WERE NOT EVEN HERE!!! this is just fabrication from your driver. I am a lone woman who was spoken to so very rudely by your driver that I had to call you immediately to express how rude he was. The wrong fuel was only put in the machine the night before so I didn’t have time/forget to tell you. No one locked anyone in anywhere, I couldn’t open the gate I was on the phone to you, owner, remember?? Btw - nice breach of my personal data, yes that will get you more customers!!

Eye-watering service costs for Cub Cadet LR2. More than my average Land Rover service! Even if the costs were genuine, when the service is going to cost more than the value of the mower, it would be good practice to consult with the customer first before proceeding. This being said Cub Cadet parts are expensive compared to better brands and the quality of the work is good. Maybe just don't mark up what already is extortion.

Good advice, we went in for a petrol replacement for our old one. We came away with a battery Ego mower. We have had it five weeks , best lawnmower we have ever had . Even my other half use’s it , that’s saying something. Thanks boys will be cack for a blower and strimmer as the battery fits all.

Bought a Toro ride on mower from them last year, had some initial issues with it so it went back. Now after Winter, it needs a service. Was told 3 weeks before it could be collected. Chased up by phone at week 5 to be told every excuse under the sun and that they'd contact me as soon as I get to the top of their list. Now at week 7, I call again, start to be told the same list of excuses. A phone call to say that it might be another "x" weeks would have been helpful. So rather than waiting several more weeks, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Seems like they only care to sell to you and mess you around thereafter.
