Brian did the most amazing job of bringing the floor in our vintage tearoom back to its former glory. We converted what was the old 1847 waiting room at Emsworth Railway Station into our vintage tearoom. The floor had 100 years of dirt on it when we took over the lease here! We had to get it clean and looking lovely before we could open and Brian was amazing. He carefully restored it back to the stunning original floor we are so proud of showing off today. I can highly recommend Brian.

I am thrilled with the finished floors in my new home and highly recommend this company for their professional approach, workmanship, and overall management of the renovation. As is often the case when carpets are lifted to expose the floorboards, hidden defects are revealed. In my case it was concrete and also woodworm but both were dealt with beautifully. Brian explained everything as he went along and how he was going to rectify each problem and I actually learnt a lot about what was going on underneath the floor boards as well as about the laying of the boards on top. He was very knowledgeable about pipework running underneath the floor and took great care to ensure everything was safe and secure before the boards went back in. The finished result is wonderful and I am so happy I decided to get this work done and to have found this company.

Brian is a perfectionist. If you want a brilliant finish created by someone who won’t leave unless he is happy with the result he is your man. Money well spent on bringing old floor boards back to life, and making new floor boards fit in with an old Victorian house. Brian did our floors during the pandemic- he was considerate, professional and very likeable. He was also exceptionally tidy.The finish was fantastic.

I have a very awkward hall with limited space. I wanted to remove the carpet and sand and polish the boards in my 1908 cottage. Brian has done an amazing job and his attention to detail is outstanding. I had two small radiator pipes going into the floor with quite large gaps which I wanted closed to eliminate the emergence of spiders. A very awkward job which he has expertly done.
