Country car sales were great, the vehicle was exactly as pictured and described, immaculately clean inside and out on inspection, there was great communication throughout the entire sales process. Mannie has been particularly helpful when resolving an issue with the car that has occurred a couple of weeks after I bought it (just complete bad luck that a fault has arisen- nothing that was previously identifiable at the time of the sale) but country car sales have paid for all repairs for me and even liased with the garage sorting the repairs for me, very good service. Would highly recommend :)

What a refreshing change and positive experience buying our car from Manny and Simon. The car came with a 15 month warranty, this morning the battery was flat so we contacted them and they attended to us immediately. I had a great experience with Country Car Sales. They were friendly and even left their car with me while mine was being seen to. Their service is excellent, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I bought an SUV from Country Cars, went over it with a fine tooth comb and it was spotless. Couldn’t have been happier with the car. A couple of weeks after purchasing I’d noticed that one of the daytime lights wasn’t working and a warning light had come on the dash. They told me to bring the car in and they had a mechanic fix the warning light and had a new light ordered the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the car, the service and the aftercare I’ve received. I will definitely be buying future cars with Simon and Mannie.

We were looking locally for an smax but having no luck. We found one on their website that ticked all our boxes. Being 550 miles away was hard to view but we were sent loads of photos and videos. Paid a deposit and organised flight down which was delayed, the guys were only staying open that day so I could get down. But we organised a solution, we were nervous about it but it worked. Nothing was too much trouble and all messages were answered quickly and honestly. Car was great. Just a shame we never got to meet the team. But again thank you from both of us

I had a good experience buying my car with this dealer (Mannie and Simon). I was given ample time to inspect, test drive and make a decision without any pressure or hard sales. The car was in great condition, as seen on the online site it was advertised. The car only had one key and I was told 2nd key would be ordered and sent to me within 3 weeks and if not, then I'd be given some contribution towards purchasing a new one. Spare key came rather quicker than expected. The car also comes with a 15month warranty and a booklet explaining what's covered and what's not covered. Great service overall, I'd certainly recommend.

Great experience with this dealer, although fairly laid back in their approach they are efficient,and true to their word. I recently bought a car from them and was happy with the deal, unfortunately the car developed a fault the day I picked it up but both Mannie and Simon had no hesitation in booking it into a specialist for diagnosis and then allowed us to book a convenient date for repair, they even dropped a courtesy car at the repairer for my wife to get home in. Cant fault the service so far, long may it continue! 👍

this Cowboys don't see anyone else from a yard, they order parts on ebay fitting them and sending them back used for refund, I would not recommend them to anyone, take you business somewhere else
