Luke and his team designed and fitted our kitchen in Sept and Oct ‘22. We recommend Counter Interiors to all our friends and colleagues because they could not do enough to make our kitchen bespoke and in our opinion, beautiful. Luke, Chris and Claire have all spent a long time with us designing our kitchen and fitting in everything we had hoped for within a budget we could afford, without compromising on quality. We had a German kitchen before, so quality was really important to us. The Nolte Kitchen we chose is fantastic and works on every level. Thanks to Luke, Rebecca and their team, who have guided us through every stage and made our dream kitchen a possibility and reality. Jodie who fitted our Kitchen is lovely and had any fitting query sorted, he is also a great joiner. Rebecca answered all our questions (and there were many) quickly and if she could not sort it then she would find the answer for us quickly. You will not find a better kitchen company anywhere in Yorkshire and we went to a lot of places. Counter interiors were professional, but in the end felt more like visiting friends. It also helped being able to choose our flooring in the same building. We cannot thank you enough and we absolutely love our new home and kitchen. From the wonderfully equipped showroom conveniently situated on the outskirts of York, Luke and the team gave us a grand design for our compact area. Designed with beauty and functionality in mind we got honest advice with what was and wasn't possible in the space and we settled on an open plan design. Deciding on Masterclass English units, oak worktops, Quooker tap with Neff appliances. Covid caused slow supply issues, Counters stepped up and supied us one of the induction hobs from their showroom as ours was massively delayed with Christmas just around the corner. Counter interiors also supplied a joiner who made a cracking job of the worktops and advised on care going forward. All advice was spot on, the team pulled out all the stops to supply and give advice on installing (I felt I was bordering on pestering at times but the team were always on hand to help) If you want cheap interior/kit then look elsewhere, Counters supplied us quality in abundance and they were superior to others we had visited and the end result was way above the competition. Purchased three wardrobe doors that cost over £1000 each. The door wheels were cheap and not even circular which meant the doors would roll to the flat part of the wheel. This meant the centre door could never properly be closed. The owner, Luke Counter, who appeared so helpful when selling the product suddenly wasn't so helpful at all. He blamed his supplier for the expensive, poor quality rubbish he was selling. He promised to send someone out to replace the wheels but this has never happened despite many reminders and more empty promises . It is now a year since the doors were purchased. I would recommend people avoid this company at all costs. There are better, more honest companies to do business with, whose products actually work. I'm now having to consider legal action to get my money back. Just don't buy from them!

An excellent company that has dealt with the full installation of my new kitchen and appliances from start to finish. The process was made extremely easy with their professional staff and approach to the whole process. The design process was a pleasure with Clare taking time and care to produce a design that suited my needs. Being able to do a one stop approach of design, supply and installation made what could have been a difficult process so easy. Despite all the covid related issues they were able to order, supply and fit everything. A problem with an extractor fan was sorted and a replacement item procured and fitted quickly through their direct links and association with Neff. Overall an excellent family run company providing an excellent service with top quality products and after sales service. Would fully recommend them to anyone.

Counter Interiors have just finished installing our new Masterclass Shaker-style Wimbourne Kitchen and we love it. The quality is superb and we know it will stand the test of time in both style and wear. Many thanks to Chris for designing the layout and for his patience with this in the early days, and to Luke also, for his advice, guidance and his super-human strength when clipping light strips! I also can't recommend RH Flooring Solutions (who work with Counter Interiors) highly enough. They did a great job with the flooring and it was the finishing touch that ensured the final look of the kitchen was just what we wanted. Altogether a great team!
