They did not deliver my product and when asked for a refund they would not give the refund, as a compromise i was willing to repay the deliver cost to which they agreed and when paying via paypal they did not even accept the payment from their end and essentially they took my money and i was left without a product. I will not be buying from this company again, the customer service is also not co-operative.

Appalling customer service I received from a recent order I made with this company. I have made 3 orders with Cougar Beauty within the last 2 months and one of these orders didn't arrive, I contacted customer service on 3 occasions and each time they didn't even read my complaint just replied with a generic answer that I hadn't even asked. Eventually having proven the package had been delivered 3 weeks ago and I hadn't received it they changed their tact to "well it's been delivered to the address you live at so nothing we can do" I have told them on 4 occasions I hadn't received it, asked who had signed for it and nothing came back They take your money but have no interest in making sure you get your goods, dreadful company, BEWARE ! *** Update 27/10/20 *** This company has told me there will be no refund and they will not be sending out the products I paid for and have now closed my complaint On 26 October the Rosdon Group who trade as cougar beauty products have been reported to trading standards who are now investigating the complaint *** UPDATE 23/01/21 *** Scam company, they trade as professor herb but are under the umbrella of the Rosdon group who have another scam company called cougarbeautyproducts Made an order for a product retailing at £17.99 and 3 tiny bottles of the body creams arrived totally damaged, emailed them with pics and they apologized and said they would send another then totally ignored emails, gave me a phone number that doesn't exist. Had no idea they were same trading company of the Rosdon group who I had the same issue with an order from Cougarbeauty, who didn't even send what I ordered stating it was lost in the post, money lost, definitely a scam. They have been reported to Trading Standards. beware this company

Firstly they don't reply to emails you send them. I have ordered a lot of their products and was very disappointment in both the packaging and the quality of the products. I received half empty containers that when I sent them pictures they replied to my facebook message saying the container is big and that is the reason it looks empty. However I explained the container is 50ml and sent them a picture but they never replied. I also received a damaged product which i also sent an email and picture but they never replied. My advice is to avoid as they attract people by their drastically reduced items but they are not worth it. The hair and body oil i received its texture is like water and not oily at all.

After seeing an offer of their's advertised on a freebie group, I jumped straight onto it. A large sum off and just pay postage? An easy christmas gift I thought. Nope, the makeup I recieved looked like it belonged in a dollhouse. Posted it on the page that advertised it where members unanimously agreed that the company is awful. Most people on the page think that Cougar pays them to advertise their "products" as despite many people being unahappy with what they got, the page keeps posting their products. The page is called Latest Free stuff, who after my post was approved and people began theorising, decided to delete my post to do damage control. Do not buy from cougar, as they are clearly just markup price discount scammers.
