What a wonderful treasure! A very artistic inspired sculpture circle in the corner of the Cottons Park dedicated to six local civilians lost their lives as a result of German Bombing during World War ll. Sculptures carved in 2009 using Corsican Pines from the Cottons Park. A very informative sign includes all the information about "The Blitz" Bombing and how it happened and history of the park and how it came to be Sculpture Circle.
